Core Beliefs
We are Intentionally Multiethnic
“Now it shall come to pass in the latter days, the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.” Isaiah 2:2 (KJV)
We recognize and celebrate that we are uniquely diverse.

People are Important
We believe no person is undervalued. Victorious living is possible and God can work with anyone at anytime.
Punctuality
We believe when you misuse or abuse time, you misuse or abuse people. We value people and their time.
Participatory Services
We believe everyone is active in a service. The listener is as active as the preacher or worship team. We believe everybody participates.
Acceptance that Releases Freedom
We believe in an accepting atmosphere that is open to any and everybody. We desire to create a place where people can go without strange looks or cold shoulders. We accept people and trust God for change and transformation. We believe in an atmosphere where everyone can receive and no limitations are allowed to be placed on anyone.
Order
We believe in structure, policies, procedures, and systems that protect the vision God has given our church.
Increase with Integrity
We believe in being responsible with the resources that God gives us and to handle them with integrity.
Generationally Minded
We are multigenerational, planning for this generation and the next.
Identifiable Leadership
We believe there is a process, training and approval of leadership. This eliminates confusion and protects the body of believers.
Ministering Members
We believe the body has a responsibility to ministry, the community, the kingdom and the vision of the house. Everyone has a part to play.
